New onset headache : 1 month -
Vomiting: 1 week
The patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 month ago, when she developed
-
Headache –
- Diffuse, intermittent, throbbing type and of moderate intensity
- Fifteen days prior to hospital admission, headache became severe and intolerable, not relived by analgesics.
- Relived after vomiting -
Vomiting – acute onset, 2 to 4 times a day, (? projectile)
