A 29 year unmarried female, presented with complains of  -



  • New onset headache : 1 month

  • Vomiting: 1 week



The patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 month ago, when she developed 



  • Headache – 

    -  Diffuse, intermittent, throbbing type and of moderate intensity

    -  Fifteen days prior to hospital admission, headache became severe and intolerable, not relived by analgesics.

    -  Relived after vomiting

  • Vomiting – acute onset, 2 to 4 times a day, (? projectile)
