A 19 year old college-attending man presented with: Moderate grade fever with chills X 7-10 days,
Altered sensorium since morning, No H/O rash, nausea, vomiting, headache.
3-4 years of 4-5 loose stools/day, improved with gluten and lactose free diet, no other pertinent history.
