India HIV Clinical Case Discussion (2015-02-18) - Case 1

15 yr old female K\C\O PLHIV since 10 yrs on ART since last 2 yrs.  C/O 1) Focal continuous convulsions involving face and left UL and left LL since 3 day followed by 2) inability to move right UL and LL since 2 days 3) Gradually declining level of consciousness.

Pt was apparently alright 1 month back. Then her mother noticed this involuntary movements involving all 4 limbs, uprolling of eyes and frothing from mouth total 5-6 episodes for which she took the girl to Nobel hospital to a neurologist.
