62 year old Chinese man with history of LTBI who presented to PCP in August 2019 with fatigue x 1 month; Found to be pancytopenic -> diagnosed with AML; Admitted end August for initiation of chemotherapy and found to have fevers to 102; Initially treated as febrile neutropenia.
