42 y/o female, came on 10/03/16 with complaints of dry cough on and off since 3-4 weeks.  Exertional breathlessness since 15 days. HIV - 1 reactive, Diagnosis- JUL 2013.  On ART since JUL 2013.  Regimen - ZLN. Baseline CD4- 203 Cells/cu.mm
