A 35 year old female, recently diagnosed with HIV presented with history of -

- Fever- intermittent type, fluctuating between 101-103 of associated with chills since 2 weeks

- Dry cough since 2 weeks

- Rash all over the body with itching since 2 weeks

- Burning micturition since 2 days

- Loose stools 4-5 episodes/day, watery in consistency since 2 days

- No h/o abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting

- No h/o breathlessness, chest pain

- No h/o joint pain
