A 32yr old female, resident of Shirur, Pune. k/c/o PLHIV since 2 year on ART. Presented with c/o. Nausea, vomiting, fatigue, malaise, decrease in appetite since 1 month. Yellowish discolouration of eyes & urine since 15 days. No h/or fever, loose stools, abdominal pain, rash, joint pain, cough breathlessness, pruritus, clay coloured stools. No h/o hemetemesis, malena, altered sensorium, convulsion, decreased uring output, hematuria.
