37yr/female. K/c/o HIV-1 reactive since 4 months (Dec 2015). Came to SGH in April 2016 with c/o 1) diminished vision in both the eyes since 1 month 2) involuntary movements of right hand since 1 month. Diminished vision since one month - initially left eye - painless - now complete blindness since 10 days. Involuntary movements of right hand since one month - not a/w any posture - present at rest.
