Diabetes, complicated by CKD Stage IV (Cr 2.6)
Peripartum dilated cardiomyopathy (EF 30-35%)
H. pylori with chronic nausea/vomiting
Depression (following stillbirth)
Presented with subjective fever, headache, and persistent vomiting
