70 year old female from Vietnam presenting in October with 3-4 week history of epigastric pain, fever, sweats, nausea, and weight loss
Abdominal imaging revealed a 5cm pancreatic head mass
EUS on 10/25/17 demonstrated necrotic granulomatous tissue: AFB smear +
Supraclavicular LN biopsy revealed pus: AFB smear +
