Description
25 year old male patient presented to the OPD with complaints of pain in anterior aspect of neck, malaise (both since one week), one episode of nasal bleed the previous day, bleeding from lower lip on the day of presentation.
No history suggestive of fever / sore throat /jaundice / joint pain or swelling/rash/ bleeding from other site
Patient was put on Amox-Clav 625mg TDS 5 days back for pain and tenderness in the neck.
