The Johns Hopkins University (JHU) HIV/AIDS Management Course in India is a CCGHE distance education initiative that aims to deliver a comprehensive continuing education program on adult HIV/AIDS clinical care. Lectures from leading experts are delivered online in a format that is accessible to course participants who have a low or high bandwidth Internet connection. Topics range from HIV/AIDS epidemiology and transmission to antiretroviral treatment (ART) and toxicities. The course has been updated and deployed multiple times over the last eight years with more than 1000 participants. The latest course is now in progress through December 2014 with more than 150 Indian clinicians enrolled.
